How to Request a Return

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from the Aurienne team once your request has been reviewed.

Carefully repackage the item and send it back using a tracked service to ensure safe arrival at our atelier.

Eligibility for Returns
Refunds
To ensure a seamless return process, items must be unused and in their original condition. All tags and labels must remain attached, and pieces should be returned in their original packaging wherever possible. Please note that worn, damaged, or altered items cannot be accepted as we maintain the highest standards for our artisanal collection.
Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our team, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the transaction to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your specific payment provider and bank regulations.
Non-Returnable Items
Note that certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or final sale reasons. For example, earrings, intimate apparel, or items marked “Final Sale” are excluded from our returns policy. These conditions will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
